Ballyhannon, Armagh

Ballyhannon is a suburban area in the east of Portadown, County Armagh. It is within the townland of Ballyhannon, in the civil parish of Seagoe. Ballyhannon townland remained largely rural until the mid 20th century, since when the western part of it has been developed as a suburb of Portadown. Ballyhannon House was built around 1850. The area is within the council area of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon.
