Ballands Castle, Somerset

Ballands Castle is the remains of a Norman motte-and-bailey castle near the village of Penselwood, Somerset. The motte is now around 15 feet high. Both the motte and the bailey are surrounded by ditches. It is within the council area of Somerset.
