Bailey Hill, Yorkshire
Bailey Hill is a motte-and-bailey castle, situated on the eponymous hill near High Bradfield, Yorkshire, in the West Riding. Believed to be a 12th-century castle of the de Furnivals, the monument comprises a motte 60ft high and a small semi-circular bailey measuring c.50ft by 100ft. It is within the council area of Sheffield.
