Averham Park House is an 18th-century former hunting lodge and historic estate near Averham, Nottinghamshire. It was built as a hunting lodge for Robert Sutton, second Lord Lexington, after his retirement in 1718. It is within the council area of Newark and Sherwood (Nottinghamshire).
