Ashvale, Monmouthshire

Ashvale is a village in the Sirhowy Valley in Monmouthshire. The settlement developed in the 20th century, largely during the inter-war period, around the older Ashvale House and Ashvale Cottages. It is now sometimes considered a northern suburb of Tredegar. The village is within the council area of Blaenau Gwent.
