Ardnalea House, Down
Ardnalea House is an early-Victorian grand house, located on the shores of Belfast Lough in County Down. It is within the townland of Craigavad, in the civil parish of Holywood. The house dates from 1845. The original house was divided into two properties during the 20th century, one of these later further divided into apartments. The house is notable for its exceptional interior detailing of unusual Rococo style. The setting, originally within formal gardens on the lough shore, has been somewhat compromised by infill development. The house is within the council area of Ards and North Down.
