Adcote Hall, Shropshire

Adcote Hall is a 19th-century country house near Little Ness, Shropshire. It was designed by Norman Shaw and built in 1876-81 for Mrs Rebecca Darby of the Coalbrookdale Ironmasters' family. Regarded as one of the finest houses of Shaw's maturity, it has been a girls' school since 1927. It is within the council area of Shropshire.
