Acton House, Armagh
Acton House is a Georgian country house near Poyntzpass, County Armagh. It is within the townland of Brannock, in the civil parish of Ballymore. The house was built by Alexander Thomas Stewart around 1775-1790. It replaced a 17th-century bawn and house built by his ancestor Charles Poyntz. The house is within the council area of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon.
