Acland Barton, Devon

Acland Barton is a 15th-century house, part of the ancient estate of Acland, near Landkey, Devon. The estate dates back at least as far back as 1155. The house was completely rebuilt in the 15th century and included its own private domestic chapel. The date 1591 survives carved onto the wooden porch. The house is within the council area of North Devon (Devon).
