Abbeydale, Yorkshire
Abbeydale is a village in Yorkshire, in the West Riding. The name Abbeydale also refers to the valley of the River Sheaf which covers many districts in the south-west of Sheffield. The village of Abbeydale lies on the north bank of the Sheaf to the south-west of Whirlow. It is within the council area of Sheffield.
