Marske-By-The-Sea, Yorkshire
Marske-By-The-Sea (or just Marske) is a large village lying on the North Sea coast in the Cleveland area of Yorkshire, in the North Riding. Marske Hall, formerly the home of the Zetland family, was built around 1625. Cliff House was built in the 19th century as a holiday residence for the Pease family. The village is within the council area of Redcar and Cleveland.
