Chingford Green, Essex   (Urban locality)

Chingford Green is a former hamlet that is now an urban area in the larger town of Chingford, Essex. In 1844 the church of St Peter and St Paul, designed by Lewis Vulliamy, replaced Chingford Mount’s All Saints as the parish church. Mossford Green, Essex   (Urban locality)

Mossford Green is a former hamlet that is now a small urban area in the larger urban area of Barkingside in Ilford, Essex. The hamlet lay to the south of its near neighbour Barking Side. Edward Blore designed the church of Holy Trinity in 1840. Dr Thomas Barnardo established his village home for girls in the grounds of Mossford Lodge in 1873. Barnardo's headquarters are still adjacent to the former home. The area is within the council area of Redbridge.
